ALM with Polarion®

Are you frustrated with development cycles?

Let’s face it: Innovation has accelerated at breakneck speed across industries. Rolling out first with consistent quality has become the key advantage over competitors.

Ubicomp (ubiquitous computing) and increasingly fast release cycles have spawned new challenges for lifecycle management and quality assurance. Because these issues can’t be managed with disrupted tool chains, the result is a cluster of knowledge silos with limited accessibility (or even none at all) for everyone involved.

The process

Define goals and solutions

Together we define clear goals within the company for the use of Polarion and identify solutions to achieve these goals. This step includes elicitation and analysis of business requirements and selection of required Polarion features.

Installation and setup

We install Polarion on your own servers or as a cloud solution. We then configure workspaces, projects and access rights according to the company's requirements with you. Polarion is now ready for productive use.

Training Core Team

The core team acquires the knowledge and skills required to effectively and efficiently use and manage Polarion. This includes project creation, progress tracking, document management and other relevant functions. The team is now ready for productive use.

Process implementation

Establish the defined processes and workflows with Polarion with our assistance. This includes converting data, customizing workflows, configuring projects, and training users to ensure that Polarion is successfully integrated into the company's daily workflow.

Pilot Project

A limited pilot team uses Polarion on a controlled scale to confirm the effectiveness and performance of Polarion and its associated processes. The team uses Polarion on a day-to-day basis, provides feedback on the processes, and identifies potential adjustments and improvements to the processes and configuration of Polarion prior to full enterprise rollout.
